Terms & refund policy
ROOMDRAFT is a remote interior design service by Refront Studio, Dubai, UAE (A2007, Al Fahad Tower, Al Barsha Heights). Designs are led by architect Abdulrahman Hamdany. By booking a package you agree to these terms. Questions? Use our contact form or email roomdraft@refrontweb.com.
1. What you're buying
A digital design pack for the package you choose, as described on our pricing section at the time you paid: concept images, a layout plan, a materials & colour board and a shopping list (plus a build-cost guide where stated). Everything is delivered digitally by email. We do not visit your home, supply products, or carry out any building, joinery or installation work.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are fixed and shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken in full at booking through our payment provider, Ziina, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment page and your statement will show Refront Studio. We never see or store your card details. We serve customers across the GCC; if your card is in another currency (for example SAR), your bank converts the AED amount, and any SAR or other figures we show are approximate.
3. Timing
Delivery times (48 hours for one room or a feature wall, 72 hours for three rooms) start once we have received your photos, measurements and brief. If something is missing or unclear, we'll ask by email and the clock starts when we have it. Full Design projects are quoted and scheduled separately.
4. Changes
Each room or unit includes one round of changes, such as colours, materials, layout tweaks or furniture swaps, requested within 14 days of delivery. A completely new direction or a different room counts as a new design.
5. Refunds
- Before we start: if you change your mind before we've begun your design, you get a full refund. Just contact us.
- Photos we can't use: if your photos or measurements aren't enough for us to do a good job and you can't send better ones, we'll refund you in full.
- Late delivery: if we miss the delivery time by more than 48 hours and you'd rather not wait, you can cancel for a full refund.
- After delivery: because the design is custom work delivered digitally, we don't refund after the design pack has been delivered. Instead, we'll use your round of changes to put things right.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Ziina. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show them.
6. Concept images and accuracy
We use AI-assisted rendering to create concept images. They show the intended look and feel; products, colours, textures and small details can differ from what you can actually buy. Measurements and sizes are based on the information you send, so please measure carefully. Before ordering made-to-measure furniture or joinery, have your supplier or contractor confirm dimensions on site.
7. Cost guides and shopping lists
Build-cost ranges and product suggestions are guidance only, based on typical prices in your country when we prepare your pack, using stores available there. Prices and stock change. We aren't paid by the shops we suggest unless we tell you otherwise.
8. Using your design
You can use your design pack for your own home or property, including sharing it with contractors and suppliers to get quotes and build it. We may share anonymised before/after images in our portfolio and social media only with your permission.
9. Liability
ROOMDRAFT provides design advice only. We're not responsible for work carried out by contractors or for products bought from third parties. Where the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
